IGNITE was founded by Carmen, bringing together her lifelong passion for dance, disability support, creativity, children’s programs and wellbeing.

Carmen has been dancing since she was three years old. Through dance and her work supporting people of all ages and abilities, she has seen how much confidence, connection and joy can grow when people feel accepted and supported.

She created IGNITE to bring all of these passions together — creating a place where people can be themselves, discover their strengths, build confidence and feel connected.
